In all seasons, both experienced beginners and beginners will enjoy the simplicity of camping.
Some of the ideas of camping evoke images that can cause contraction, especially for those who have never camped as children or heard horror stories from friends and relatives and unjustly decided never to give this opportunity.
How much effort you put into planning your campsite properly will determine how successful (and enjoyable) your trip will be. While some of these tasks may seem tedious and tiring, the more often you perform these tasks, the more fun it is to complete the task.
Here are 30 things you need to know before setting off on your first camping trip:
1. Gather all the camping gear in the corner of the room and add what you think.
2. Use a basket shelf in your car for easy storage.
3. Store your clothes in sports bags.
4. Make sure all heavy items are securely fastened and wrapped around the bottom of the car’s trunk and lighter items on top.
5. Take a prepared meal into a freezer meal that you can easily reheat on arrival at your destination.
6. Make sure you have all the drinks you need to stop a drink, such as tea bags, instant coffee, sugar, condensed milk, hearty, powder, biscuits, two gallons of water, matches, kettle, wet wipes and tea
7. If you’re going on a short trip, prepare hot meals, so you have more time to relax and enjoy yourself at the campsite.
8. Stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables for every occasion.
9. List everything you eat in the number of days absent.
10. Always have extras on hand, including flowers, dough, rice, beans and lentils made for cakes and bread.
11. Remember long-life milk (two to three cans of long-life milk a day should be enough as a guide for families with two children and two adults).
12. Try camping in the backyard to see what you think of the tent and sleeping bags, etc.
13. The first camping equipment does not have to be expensive. This is more important than durable and protects you from all weather. Bring a piece of earth fabric, a piece of plastic that goes under the tent. Place the edges nicely under the tent. The first thing to consider when choosing a tent is the size, i.e. the number of people that the tent will house.
14. Bring cutlery that is old and that you won’t miss if it doesn’t come home with you.
15. Keep cutlery separate from utensils by placing them in plastic utensils with lids or tea towels in plastic bags.
16. Here is a list of cutlery and crockery that may be useful for your next camping trip. A fork, knife, teaspoon and dessert spoon should be enough for every person. 17. It has a serrated knife that can also be used as a bread knife.
18. Vegetable peeler and knife.
19. Metal egg lifter.
20. The bigger the coffee maker, the bigger it is.
21. Grill tongs.
22. Egg rings.
23. A small meat hammer.
24. A sharp knife and sharpener.
25. Can opener.
26. Large serving spoon and a wooden spoon.
27. Make sure everyone has an enamel cup, bowl and plate.
28. Use an enamelled plate to heat food by the fire.
29. Use an enamel plate as a base for food in the camp oven.
30. Take the paper plates if you are in a place where there is little water and be sure to take your rubbish with you.
